How long have you been in business?
We're a brand new Taxi App Service which launched in 2016. Prior to launch, our founder was involved with taxi services in Albany for the last three years.

We offer a taxi app to Albany and surrounding areas, which boasts all the latest ridesharing technologies while still abiding by all local laws.

We saw first hand that there was a real problem with the taxi industry in the Albany area. Customers demand more out of a taxi service, and we wanted to provide a better solution.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our advanced logistics and strategy for connecting customers directly to drivers with the latest gps technology is a first for the Albany area.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have two locations which are primarily for dispatching and business related activities.

We are a 24/7 hour business taking phone calls every day and accepting bookings on our app and web form during all hours.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We have received incredibly positive feedback, with most customers expressing that they didn't know there was an app solution for taxi services in Albany. The best compliment from our customers is just hearing their relief for finding a reliable taxi service. We know the current monopoly in the area is awful for customers, so the fact that people are able to find our service and continue using it instead of our competitors is what keeps us motivated to expand.
