How long have you been in business?
Electric Envisions, Inc. of Saratoga Springs, New York, The Aha Company, celebrated its 20th Anniversary in May of 2009.
What is your primary product or service?
We paint commissions and sell paintings to personal and business buyers.
We teach people how to create art they can be proud of.
We providing writing and editing services to personal and business buyers, including Concept to Conclusion Coaching for those who want to write their books and Line Editing for writers who want a profession final edit before publishing.
We teach poets how to create poetry they can be proud of through monthly critique meetings that allow them to create new work, revise critiqued work and develop their skills in an organized, logical manner to meet their goals.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I began drawing and writing before grade school and have never stopped. I hold degrees in Business & Professional Communications; Business, Finance & Economics; and have a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies.
As author, my books include: Grow Yourself a Life You'll Love, published by Thomas More, and Seasons: Haiku & More, published by Electric Envisions Press. In the 1980s and 1990's, I spent 18 years as a syndicated business columnist published in all 50 states and 21 foreign countries with three monthly columns.
I have taught at Skidmore, Siena, and Empire State College writing and communication. In addition, I publicly teach and coach people to manage their weight and develop their intuition.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Electric Envisions prides itself in guiding people through to the achievement of their creative dreams, whatever they are. I teach and coach clients to draw the best out of themselves. That means I teach them to paint what they want to paint using the mediums and surfaces they choose, rather than teach them to paint like me. I teach clients to organize their expertise into articles, talks, and books that give their audiences the best of their information in the most entertaining and useful way.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
For large projects, through independent expertise, we can flex and grow nationally and internationally to wherever clients feel our expertise can be profitable for them. In general, Electric Envisions prides itself on giving one-on-one personal service.

Again, we flex and stretch to serve our clients Monday through Friday. Emergencies can be accommodated on Saturdays. Sundays are for the Lord.
